Scope of Services and Products Ercole Group offers a range of professional services and products, including: Property development and construction Design, build, and maintenance solutions Project management and consulting Sale of construction-related products, materials, and equipment All offerings are subject to availability, specifications, and formal agreement.

2.  Acceptance of Terms By using our website or engaging with our services or products, you: Confirm that you are of legal age and authorized to enter into binding agreements. Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Product Sales Product listings, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. All purchases are subject to stock availability and confirmation of order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from actual items.

4. Intellectual Property All content, designs, logos, documents, and media on our platforms are the intellectual property of Ercole Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

5. User Conduct You agree not to: Misuse our website or services for unlawful purposes. Upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or misleading information. Impersonate Ercole Group or its representatives.

6.  Third-Party Engagements Ercole Group may collaborate with third-party contractors, suppliers, or service providers. We are not liable for the actions or omissions of third parties unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

7.  Project and Product Agreements All construction projects and product purchases require a formal agreement or invoice outlining: Scope of work or product specifications Payment terms Delivery or completion timelines Compliance with SABS and local regulations No verbal or informal communication shall override signed agreements.

8. Payments and Invoicing Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services. All invoices are issued in ZAR and subject to VAT where applicable. We accept multiple payment methods, including EFT, credit/debit cards, and approved third-party gateways.

9. Delivery and Returns Delivery timelines for products are estimates and may vary. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery or collection. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection and our Return Policy.

10. Confidentiality All project-related documents, designs, and communications are confidential. Clients and partners must not disclose proprietary information without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability Ercole Group is not liable for: Indirect or consequential damages Delays caused by force majeure or third-party failures Unauthorized use of our platforms or content

12.  Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gauteng Province

13. Return and Refund Policy We strive to ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following return and refund terms apply:

🛒 Products

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or collection, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

  1. Non-returnable items: Custom-made products, clearance items, and goods damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return. 

  2. Inspection: All returned items will be inspected before a refund is processed. 

  3. Refund method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval. 

  4. Return logistics: Customers are responsible for return shipping or delivery costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.

  6. Cancellation: Service cancellations must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Late cancellations may incur a fee. 

  7. Refunds: Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of completion and contractual terms. Partial refunds: If a service is partially delivered, Ercole Group may offer a proportional refund or credit, subject to review.
